What we hold, and what we never do with it.
Short version: we keep what you tell us, we use it to answer your question, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
We collect the name, email, and optional phone you type on our forms at 8xhomes.com. We use that to send the guide, confirm a 30-minute talk, answer you, or prepare a Roadmap when you ask. We keep it in our business records. We do not sell your information.
If you only read the site, we hold nothing about you. Meta and Google may. See Tracking below.
If you type an address, we use it to look up public county records for that property. That is all it is used for.
Do not send bank, medical or account information.
Text messages
8X Homes values your privacy. We do not share, sell, or give your phone number or SMS opt-in information to affiliates, third parties, or any other site. Your phone number and any information about your text subscription will not be shared with any outside party unless the law requires it.
We collect your number only when you type it on our form. The number is optional. We use it to send the texts you asked for: confirmations, reminders, and (if you tick the second box) occasional notes about your home. We do not use an auto-dialer. We do not send ringless voicemail.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. We honor STOP on every channel.
How you opt in: you tick an unchecked box on our form before we send a text. A QR scan from a letter is not permission to text or call.

Where it goes
Into our business records, so we can answer you. Service providers may process it for us. We do not sell or rent it.
Tracking
When our ads run, this site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Meta runs Facebook and Instagram. These tools tell Meta and Google which of our pages you open. They also tell them when you ask for the guide, watch part of the video, or book a call.
Meta and Google may set cookies in your browser. They may link this to an account you have with them, and to what you do on other sites. We use it to see which ads work, and to show our ads to people who may want them.
When you send our guide form, we also send Meta a coded copy of your email, name, and ZIP. The code is one-way, so the copy is not plain text. Meta uses it to match your visit to the ad you saw. We never send your phone number or street address to Meta or Google. Google gets none of your form details. On your private report page, the Meta Pixel stays off. Google Analytics counts the visit but never sees the link or address that opens it.
If you came to us from an ad, your browser keeps the ad's name for this visit. When you send our form, that name goes with it into our records. It tells us which ad you saw.
Your browser stores one small marker so the site knows if you have opened your report before. It stays on your device.
To limit ad tracking, use your Facebook ad settings, your Google ad settings, or your browser's privacy settings.
Letters and postcards
If you got something from us in the mail, your name and address came from Clark County public records. Ask us to stop and we stop.
Ask us to delete it
