The cost of the work, and nothing to us. We are not paid on this path.
What we do
On a free call, we talk through what bothers you. If you want, Benny can then walk the house with you. We write down what is worth doing and what is not. We tell you roughly what each job should cost in this valley. Then it is yours to act on.
What we do not do
We do not do the work. We do not sign for it. We are not paid by anyone who does it. If you want a name, ask around your street first. That is honest advice, not a hand-off.
Why we say all that
We are not paid by any contractor. So when we say a job is not worth doing, there is nothing behind it.
